bday past one week le....
a so so bday celebration ba... =) aniway, contented le...
went sketches for dinner for d8 ... quite a disappointing experience.... my 2nd visit...
n oso.... was shocked that we will not be able to use any cards for further discount since they hav given us the discount for apologies to us...
it makes no diff lor ....... trying to cheat cust.. n we can say tt, the discount comes from our card... n not his apologies wor....... aniway... food not v nice though...
spoilt myself by buying stuffs.... for my bday presents...
a bag frm little match ger.... $40 slashed to $20...
oso bought a top... slashed to $10..
daddy bought this perfume for me.... with additional angbaoss...
bought myself necklace again....$23 ...
nearly faint when i went to vivocity n saw the board "buy 2 n get 50% off"

its been so long we last took pics together....

well.... wad can i say?? overall service is totally disappointed....
btw... this rest is adv on tv prog... duno wad show...

frm start , when we sat dwn, till we leave .. service is bad...
forgot this forget that... duno this duno that...
serve one dish... but duno y she strike off 3 dish ... ( strike off after dish is serve)
duno is no brain or wad...
4 pax... but record 6 pax drink.... mayb tt person duno hw to count...
give us the bill... havent check finish den wan take away, wif our card liao....
n oso... diff cust hav diff serving...
they help to cut n divide the dish to cust...
but our table.. they juz place the dish on table.. n leave...
i ask them wad cold drinks they have....
but they duno...
we ordered desert 1 hr earlier...
but aft we finish all dish... the desert not ready.. ask us to wait 20mins...
after 20mins, i told her if not ready, we cancel the dish...
u know what the person reply?
she brought out the desert n say... "you must remind us to serve... they place at the counter... sometimes we 4get.. "
wth.... we ask them 20mins ago... ask us to wait... now say we nv ask.... stil tok back to cust leh.....
arent the service bad?? come'on.. its a restaurant leh ... not kopitiam leh..
you guys should know wad is customer service rite !!
